Processing times
Non-personalised cards and ornaments processing times are 3-5 business days plus shipping time specified below.
Personalised, foil, embossed, and debossed card processing times are 5-7 plus shipping time specified below.
Wedding invitation processing times are 3-4 weeks after design approval plus shipping time specified below.
Australian shipping options:
Express post with tracking (2-4 business days)
Standard post with tracking (2-8 business days)
US shipping options:
Express post with tracking (3-6 business days)
Standard post with tracking (9-25 business days)
Please note all transactions are charged in AUD, so you may incur international transaction fees based on your payment method. Any extra charges such as customs fees, import duties, or foreign taxes will be your responsibility. If you have any questions, please consult your local customs authorities before placing your order.
Our Returns Policy
Each of our items is thoughtfully made, and we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
You are entitled to a replacement, repair or refund in the case of a major fault, and to a repair or replacement if the product fails to meet acceptable quality and the fault is not major.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
Returns Eligibility
We will offer a refund, exchange or replacement if your item:
- Arrives damaged or faulty
- Is different from what was described or shown
- Is not fit for its intended purpose under ACL
To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging, if applicable

Custom Orders
Please note: Custom and personalised items (e.g. wedding stationery, embossed goods, and made-to-order items) are non-refundable, unless faulty or damaged. This includes errors made by the customer at the time of ordering (such as incorrect spelling or details), so we recommend reviewing your proofs carefully.
Timeframes
We aim to process returns within 5 business days of receiving your returned item.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Postage for returns is at the customer’s expense, unless the item is faulty.

Where are your products made?
Our products are designed and made in Sydney, Australia.
What size are your cards?
Most of our cards are 'mini' 130 mm x 180 mm or are A6 size. Please check individual product descriptions and refer to the chart below. If you are unsure, please don't hesitate to ask us.
